Harris Vuadens grew up most of his early life moving around internationally. He was born in the Philippines and lived there until he was 13 years old. He moved to Switzerland and studied for a year in an-all French school at Ecole Nouvelle in Lausanne, Switzerland. He then moved to Bangkok, Thailand and graduated from high school there before pursuing his undergraduate degree in the United States.
He studied Political Science at the University of Pittsburgh. After graduation, Harris moved to the Washington D.C. area and worked in the Financial Industry. Harris has 10 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Service Industry. He then pursued his Master’s in Business Administration at the University of Pittsburgh, Katz School of Business concentrating in Corporate Finance and Enterprise Valuation.
Currently, Harris is working as a Project Manager at Vanguard. He learned about Camp Dreamcatcher through Vanguard’s Skill-based Volunteering program, in which Vanguard allows crew to use talents acquired in professional and personal experience to impact community organizations. Harris learned about Camp Dreamcatcher’s mission in fostering an environment of acceptance and positivity for HIV/AIDS infected and/or affected youth. He feels very strongly about Camp Dreamcatcher’s mission and is excited to be joining the Board of Directors and helping the long term sustainability of the program.
