Program Directors

Emmalee is a marriage and family therapist and member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (AAMFT). Emmalee received her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy with a specialization in Sex Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University. Emmalee received her Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from The Pennsylvania State University.

Before working at The West Chester Therapy Group, Emmalee interned at Council for Relationships at their University City and Center City offices growing her experience working with systemic issues. During this time, Emmalee also worked at Families Forward in Philadelphia, facilitating weekly group therapy on parenting skills, and the difficulty of being a parent. She also counseled individuals, and families living in a homeless shelter.

Emmalee completed her undergraduate internship at Camp Dreamcatcher in 2012 and now serves as group therapist providing sessions on self-esteem, puberty education, and expressing emotions with children and adolescents ages 8-15.
