WHO WE ARE
Camp Dreamcatcher has been providing free therapeutic and educational programs for HIV/AIDS infected and/or affected youth for over 29 years. We offer a safe, accepting and loving community for children coping with HIV/AIDS.
OUR IMPACT
- Total Number of individual HIV/AIDS Impacted Youth served in 29 years: 6,300
- Camp Dreamcatcher has provided 29 camp sessions and 33 weekend retreats to children and families coping with HIV/AIDS
- Provided 33 Reunion Events for HIV/AIDS impacted children and their families
- 1,380 children have been served through our holiday Adopt-a-Family Program
- 1,350 counselors have attended our HIV/AIDS & Diversity Training
- Provided HIV/AIDS Outreach & Education to 500 Schools and Community Groups
- HIV/AIDS Outreach & Education programs have reached 23,000 people
- Total number of VOLUNTEER HOURS since 1996: 320,000
