Giving Tuesday is a national celebration of generosity. It’s a day to give a gift that makes an impact – right here in our own community. It’s a way to let your values be part of your holiday giving.
- 1988: World AIDS Day is launched as the first-ever global health day to build awareness, fight stigma, and remember lives lost.
- 1991: The iconic red ribbon is created and adopted worldwide as a symbol of solidarity and awareness.
Camp Dreamcatcher offers FREE therapeutic programs for youth impacted by HIV/AIDS, trauma, and mental health challenges. Youth impacted by HIV/AIDS fight stigma every day and Camp Dreamcatcher provides advocacy, unconditional support, guidance, and LOVE to them throughout their lifespans. On World AIDS Day we remember those we have lost to AIDS and stand beside those impacted by the disease.
